About Burleigh Golf Club Gold Coast
As an A grade Pennant player when I was younger it was always a pleasure to play other courses on the Gold Coast. One course I always looked forward to playing was Gold Coast Burleigh (now Burleigh Golf Club). My best memory of Burleigh was the very long and challenging par 5’s. After many years away from the game, I finally have time to start playing again. I was invited by one of Burleigh’s Members to play at the course recently and it was in wonderful condition. It brought back some great memories of the course I knew from years ago and yes, even with the new equipment the par 5’s were just as challenging as I remember.
Who Designed Burleigh Golf Club
Burleigh Golf Club was a joint venture in design between local residents and foundation Members – Bill Patterson, Kevin Snee and Graham Rackley.
